Uncle Eddies Touch of Sauce receives accolades in the 2023 Find BBQ Comps Best Sauce Contest, placing 3rd in the Chicken Category.

We are a newly minted company, but our sauce has been time-tested for over 10 years. We have been on an incredible journey of growth and innovation.  Ed’s love for BBQ was nurtured by watching his mom in the kitchen and helping his dad on the grill. Ed was a picky eater himself, and so he was always experimenting and crafting flavors that would satisfy his discerning taste buds.  Ed started serving his signature crafted barbecue sauce at his annual backyard barbecue. This event has grown to cater to 250+ guests over the years. With their support, feedback, and unrelenting encouragement to "do something with that sauce," we now take our sauce to a wider audience.
